About The Position

The Beach Host is responsible for creating a welcoming, seamless, and memorable experience for guests enjoying the beachfront. This role serves as the first point of contact for beach services, assisting with seating, amenities, and overall guest satisfaction while maintaining the high standards of a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, sun, wind)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs (chairs, umbrellas, equipment)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or outdoor/beach operations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival to the beach area and provide an overview of available services and amenities
• Assist with seating arrangements, umbrellas, chairs, and cabana setups
• Coordinate with beach servers and other team members to ensure timely service
• Monitor guest areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service
• Enforce beach and hotel policies in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, reservations, or guest requests (if applicable)
• Support special events or group setups on the beach as needed
