About The Position

The Beach Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting beachfront environment while providing attentive service to guests. This role supports daily beach operations, including setup, breakdown, and guest assistance, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, sun, wind)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (chairs, umbrellas, equipment)
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, outdoor operations, or customer service preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas
• Ensure all beach areas are clean, orderly, and properly maintained throughout the day
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, assisting with seating and general requests
• Monitor inventory and condition of beach equipment, reporting any damage or needs for replacement
• Maintain safety awareness and promptly report any hazards or incidents
• Assist with beachside food and beverage service support as needed
• Enforce hotel and beach policies in a professional manner
• Support group events, rentals, and special setups
