We are seeking a Pool & Beach Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.

• Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Ability to remain standing for entire shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to carry 35 pounds or more.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Valid certification in first aid and C.P.R.
• Previous experience in similar position with a hotel.
• Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Assist all guests at Pool/Beach facilities with seating and requests, courteously and efficiently, and according to hotel standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment, and work areas.
• Ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
