About The Position

As a Server Assistant at The Beach Club, you will support the service team in delivering an exceptional beach dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting servers with delivering food, clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your role is key in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests in the upscale dining environment at this private club.

Responsibilities

Assist servers in providing high-quality service to guests.
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
Deliver food orders to tables in coordination with servers and kitchen staff.
Refill water, beverages, and ensure guests have necessary condiments and utensils.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining room, ensuring all service areas are tidy and well-stocked.
Support the serving staff with general cleaning tasks and side work during downtime.
Uphold the restaurant’s standards of quality, professionalism, and service.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining room during opening and closing shifts.
