The Beach Server provides warm, professional, and anticipatory service to guests. This role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, and guiding them through food and beverage selections with extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, wines, and cocktails. The server is responsible for accurately taking, inputting, and confirming guest orders using a POS system, ensuring correct presentation, temperature, and timing of food and beverages. They perform quality checks to confirm guest satisfaction, resolve concerns proactively, and adhere to opening, closing, and side work procedures. The server also performs additional duties to support the Food & Beverage division.
