Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found. What you will do:

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the opening team
  • Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
  • Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
  • Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
  • Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
  • Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
  • Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
  • Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor to a manger
  • Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures
