About The Position

Marlborough Public Schools is hiring coaches for the 2026–2027 school year winter season, running November 30, 2026, through March 5, 2027. Available positions are High School Varsity Assistant Coach for Boys Indoor Track and Middle School Coach for Girls Basketball. Coaches oversee team management, coaching, and development; establish practice plans and manage games; assist with hiring varsity assistants and sub-varsity staff when applicable; and perform other duties as directed by the Director of Athletics. If a sport is cancelled in full, no stipend will be paid. If it is cancelled in part, the stipend may be prorated depending on the length of the cancellation. Offers are contingent on passing all state and federal background checks and submitting a completed Certificate of Medical Examination. The posting is in compliance with Article XXIII, Sections A and B of the Marlborough Educators Association bargaining unit. Applications close October 31, 2026.
