About The Position

This co-op position in Human Resources for Fall 2026 will involve supporting various HR functions, including employee events, process improvements, onboarding, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Current university student, preferably studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn.
  • Assertive approach to solving problems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in HR or office settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective employee and team interactions.
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance is beneficial.
  • Proficiency or willingness to use digital tools for HR processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate data entry and auditing.
  • Ability to identify and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and support employee events to foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies, with a focus on digital solutions, to streamline HR processes and improve overall productivity.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, analyze data, coordinate project timelines, and support cross-functional teams in implementing HR solutions.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding to promote employee engagement.
  • Assist with event planning, such as career fair prep and company events.
  • Support HR and Employee Development activities.
