About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite co-op position for Fall 2026 in manufacturing. The role requires the individual to be physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management. The position involves various responsibilities related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Qualifications including Installation, Operational, and Process/Performance (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Gage Reliability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&Rs)
• Equipment Design and Sourcing
• Process Design, Improvement, and Flow
• Time Studies and Efficiency Studies
• Creating Work Instructions and Process Specifications
• Building devices and troubleshooting the assembly line
• Operator Training and Compliance
