We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Co-Lead Teacher to join our toddler classroom. In this role, you will partner closely with a co-teacher to support a small group of children, sharing responsibility for curriculum, classroom management, and daily routines. Requirements

  • EEC Infant/Toddler certification required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with a co-teacher.
  • Warm, patient, and engaging approach with children and families.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your co-teacher to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment.
  • Share responsibility for daily classroom operations, including setup, cleaning, and organization.
  • Provide attentive care, including diapering and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain clear communication and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
