About The Position

Novolex is seeking a CNC Tool Crib Attendant to set up tooling for CNC mills. This role is crucial for ensuring that CNC machine operators have the necessary tooling ready and accurately set up to perform their tasks without issues. The position is based in Cedar Rapids and is hiring immediately, with a climate-controlled work environment and a Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm shift.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience with machine tooling.
Ability to understand work instructions and tooling set-up drawings.

Responsibilities

Set up CNC machine tooling in a timely so it is ready for operators.
Set up CNC machine tooling accurately so the operators have no issues.
Complete other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
