About The Position

The WQS Non-Destructive Testing (WQS NDT) team is searching for an Tool Crib Attendant to join the Operations team in Fort McMurray, Alberta! As the Tool Crib Attendant, you'll be responsible for organizing deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth transportation operations. This role involves scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments, assisting with equipment maintenance, and collaborating with teams to ensure operations are running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in a tool crib or warehouse role is a must.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as fleet management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse team and a team approach.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute deliveries of supplies and assets to various client sites.
  • Issue assets and equipment to technicians as needed.
  • Inspect returned items for damage and maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Complete fleet pickup and drop off for maintenance and repairs.
  • First point of contact tracking order status and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill supply requests efficiently.
