About The Position

Provide operational support to the assigned production area to help achieve business-unit goals. Facilitate day-to-day production in a high-precision CNC machining environment. This hands-on role includes leading machine setup processes, troubleshooting and improving processes, supporting machine maintenance, providing ongoing operator training, and operating machines as needed. The position requires mechanical aptitude, CNC troubleshooting skills, and effective communication across organizational levels. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with a $2-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent qualifications are allowed.
• At least five years of experience in CNC machining.
• Set up, edit programs, and operate CNC 6-axis machines, lathes, and 4-axis mills; read blueprints.
• Hands-on experience supporting production CNC processes.
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple machines.
• Experience working in an ISO quality management system; familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Troubleshooting skills and critical-thinking ability.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact professionally.
• Mechanical aptitude and CNC troubleshooting skill.
• Good communication skills across various levels of the organization.
