About The Position

Provide operational support to the assigned production area to help achieve business-unit goals. Facilitate day-to-day production in a high-precision CNC machining environment. This hands-on role includes leading machine setup processes, troubleshooting and improving processes, supporting machine maintenance, training operators, and operating machines as needed. It requires strong mechanical aptitude, CNC troubleshooting skills, and effective communication across different levels of the organization. The position is on 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and includes a $2 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent qualifications are allowed.
• At least five years of experience in CNC machining.
• Set up machines, edit programs, operate CNC 6-axis machines, lathes, and 4-axis mills, and read blueprints.
• Hands-on experience supporting production CNC processes.
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple machines.
• Experience working in an ISO quality management system; familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact professionally.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and CNC troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills across different levels of the organization.
