Entry-Level CNC Operator

About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level CNC Operator to join the manufacturing team. The operator will operate CNC machines, follow production schedules, and help produce high-quality parts in a safe and efficient environment. Candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn may be trained for the role.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes.
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Safety shoes are required.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.
Ability to stand and work on a manufacturing floor for extended periods.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the work area.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
CNC experience is a plus, but the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to produce quality parts.
Prepare and load raw materials and parts into CNC machines.
Operate machines to complete production runs efficiently and accurately.
Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
Follow system-generated production schedules to support on-time delivery.
Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Perform daily machine checks and basic operator preventative maintenance (PMs).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
