About The Position

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, selecting tools, and ensuring quality through accurate measurements and adjustments. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and saws.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as necessary.
• Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete production records and follow quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product standards are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
