About The Position

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications. The role involves reading technical drawings, selecting tools, and ensuring quality through accurate measurements and adjustments. The machinist works with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet product standards and follows quality assurance procedures. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and saws.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as necessary.
• Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete production records and follow quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product standards are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
