About The Position

Seeking a reliable CNC Machining and Fabrication team member to operate CNC and automated manufacturing equipment producing high-quality metal and plastic components. This role is suited to individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent processes, and precision-driven manufacturing. The manufacturing and supply chain company serves industrial customers with engineered fasteners, fabricated components, machined parts, and Class C supply programs for OEMs across HVAC, automotive, elevator, and industrial markets. Its operations include U.S.-based manufacturing, global sourcing, VMI, kitting, and 3PL services focused on reliability, speed, and cost control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic shop math and measurement skills.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and automated production machines performing machining and forming operations.
• Read and follow CNC set-up sheets, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Make routine CNC adjustments, including tool changes, offsets, and feed/speed corrections.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance.
• Perform secondary fabrication operations such as deburring, grinding, polishing, stamping, and straightening.
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and daily machine checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.
