Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC or machine operator is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; demands vary by role.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime if required.
Nice To Haves
- CNC setup and programming experience.
- Knowledge of G-code and CAM software.
- Experience with metals, plastics, or composites.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, such as lathes, mills, and routers.
- Set up, calibrate, and change over machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Monitor production runs and perform quality checks.
- Adjust offsets and tooling as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
