About The Position

The company welcomes both experienced machinists and entry-level operators with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Hands-on training is available for people new to CNC machining, with opportunities to develop advanced machining and setup skills. Requirements

For experienced operators: previous CNC machining experience.
For experienced operators: familiarity with machining processes, tooling, and measuring equipment.
For experienced operators: ability to recognize quality issues and work independently.
For entry-level applicants: mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
For entry-level applicants: ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work safely.
A solid work ethic and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CNC setups or offsets.
For applicants without CNC experience, manufacturing or production experience, or experience working with machinery, is helpful.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines producing precision-machined cast iron components.
Load and unload parts, monitor machine cycles, and maintain production flow.
Inspect finished parts using gauges and precision measuring tools.
Recognize quality issues and make adjustments within training and authorization.
Troubleshoot basic machining issues and communicate problems promptly.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Develop additional machining skills with experience.
