BCI Solutions is hiring dependable, motivated CNC Machine Operators / Machinists for its CNC Machine Shop in Bremen, Indiana, on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Requirements

For experienced operators: previous CNC machining experience.
For experienced operators: familiarity with machining processes, tooling, and measuring equipment.
For experienced operators: ability to recognize quality issues and work independently.
For applicants without CNC experience: mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work safely.
Solid work ethic and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CNC setups or offsets.
For applicants without CNC experience: manufacturing, production, or machinery experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines producing precision-machined cast iron components.
Load and unload parts, monitor machine cycles, and maintain production flow.
Inspect finished parts using gauges and precision measuring tools.
Recognize quality issues and make adjustments within their training and authorization.
Troubleshoot basic machining issues and communicate problems promptly.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Develop additional machining skills as experience grows.
