About The Position

This role prepares manufactured parts for shipment and supports the production schedule. The Finisher/Deburr performs post-production processing, inspects parts for cosmetic issues, maintains product organization and inventory records, and packages products for shipment or additional internal and external processing. The position is on 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; Friday overtime may be needed. Candidates accepting an employment offer must pass a background check and drug screen and meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

Requirements

At least one year of experience working with hand and power tools.
At least one year of experience operating a forklift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to and from the floor.
Pass a background check and drug screen after accepting an employment offer.
Meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory, perform cycle counts as needed, organize products, and track travelers.
Grind and remove excess material (burrs) from surfaces during post-production.
Ensure travelers are used and completed when processing products.
Follow the daily production schedule.
Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting.
Polish and deburr metal parts as needed.
Package products for shipment or further internal and external processing.
Inspect parts and report cosmetic issues to the team lead.
Perform other duties as assigned.
