About The Position

The CNC Finisher/Deburr is responsible for preparing manufactured parts for shipment and supporting the production schedule. The position is scheduled Friday through Sunday, 4:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates receiving an employment offer must pass a background check and drug screen and meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with hand and power tools.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to and from the floor.
• Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Candidates must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, perform cycle counts as needed, organize products, and track travelers.
• Grind and remove excess material (burrs) from surfaces during post-production.
• Use and complete travelers when processing products.
• Follow the daily production schedule.
• Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting.
• Polish and deburr metal parts as needed.
• Package products for shipment or further internal and external processing as needed.
• Inspect parts and report cosmetic issues to the team lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
