About The Position

The CNC Field Service Engineer installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs CNC machine tools and automation systems at customer sites across the U.S. and internationally. The role is remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.; relocation is not required. Candidates located near a major airport are preferred. Domestic and international travel is expected to account for 80–90% of the role.

Requirements

• Technical degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 5 years of experience servicing industrial, CNC, or electromechanical equipment.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
