As a CNA at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personal care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure high-quality support that respects our clients' dignity and independence. Whether you work Full-Time or Part-Time, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.

Requirements

  • Current CNA certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassion and empathy towards clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of personal care practices and health monitoring.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home health care.
  • Familiarity with care plans and client needs assessments.
  • Possess CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Monitor and document client health conditions as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
