As a CNA at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personal care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure high-quality support that respects our clients' dignity and independence. Whether you work Full-Time or Part-Time, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.

Requirements

Current CNA certification in North Carolina.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in home care settings.
Can communicate in languages other than English.
Possess first aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
Monitor and record client health-related information as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Help clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure personalized care plans are followed effectively.
