Requirements

Active CNA certification required.
Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to arrive to shifts on time.

Nice To Haves

Experience assisting clients with mobility limitations and transfers preferred.
Commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized in-home support to clients.
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
Providing mobility and transfer assistance while maintaining client safety.
Offering companionship and emotional support.
Supporting clients recovering from surgery or managing mobility challenges.
Monitoring for fall risks and ensuring a safe environment.
Preparing light meals and assisting with daily routines.
Maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and dependable attendance for scheduled shifts.
