About The Position

FirstLight Home Care is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides who want steady work without being locked into long shifts. We offer flexible hours that fit your life, with consistent daytime shifts available in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM) and additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton & Howell. You have the ability to stack shifts and build a full-time schedule if desired. We can accommodate various availabilities, whether you want a few hours a week or full-time hours.

Requirements

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or similar role preferred
• Someone reliable, patient, and kind
• Comfortable working in different homes
• Reliable transportation (you may see more than one client)
• Someone who shows up and truly cares

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with daily care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and simple meal prep
• Supporting mobility and keeping clients safe at home
• Communicating with our team so care stays consistent
