About The Position

Amada Senior Care is actively hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers in Kemah, Texas, who are willing to travel to surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and in-office orientation. The position involves providing non-medical, in-home support to help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes, assisting with personal care, medication reminders, mobility, errands, appointments, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and observing/reporting changes in condition. The goal is to help seniors and veterans live safely and comfortably at home.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Willingness to work with both male and female clients
• Must be willing to travel within a 20 to 25-mile radius
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt
• Caregiving or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Encourage independence and daily activities
