CNA - Weekend Option
About The Position
Hickory Creek at Franklin is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for its weekend option. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and working with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, accountability, relationship-building, and excellence in their work with residents, families, customers, and staff.
Requirements
- Hold valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
- Have the stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Demonstrate supportive interpersonal communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
