About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines to ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. The role includes providing direct resident care, reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and documenting care in the POC system. New and experienced CNAs are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Have BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
