About The Position
Benedictine is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines, treating residents with dignity and respect and supporting their choices. The role includes direct resident care, reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and charting in the POC system. The CNA is also expected to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. New and experienced CNAs are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate effective time management and task prioritization.
