About The Position
Preferred Care at Home is hiring a CNA in Fort Lauderdale to help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. CNAs are matched with clients based on their schedules and experience and receive support from the care team after starting. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, consistent assignments, weekly pay of $15 to $20 per hour, and direct deposit.
Requirements
- Hold an active CNA state license.
- Have current Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication CEU training.
- Have current HIV/AIDS CEU training.
- Hold current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Have current Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia-Related Disorders CEU training.
- Pass a Level 2 background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship to seniors.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
- Document care and keep families and nurses informed.
