About The Position
Miller’s Health Systems is seeking a Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) to provide basic care to patients and assist them with daily activities. The CNA observes patients for changes and promptly reports those changes to the nursing team, and collects and records information relevant to patients’ conditions and treatment. This role may also be a first step toward a nursing career. Applicants should be certified in Indiana, passionate about serving others, able to work with a dedicated team, and maintain a professional appearance and behavior. The work involves tasks with exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
Requirements
- Be certified in the State of Indiana.
- Meet the Indiana Department of Health’s basic qualifications, including the ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematics such as addition and subtraction.
- Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course.
- Pass the physical examination administered for employment at the facility.
- Be able to work with a dedicated team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
- Be passionate about serving others.
