About The Position

Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is a faith-based senior living organization focused on challenging stereotypes of aging services and fostering citizenship, inclusion, and belonging. Its team values compassion, caring, teamwork, and a diverse workforce. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an essential member of the Nursing Team at the Suites of Someren Glen, helping residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living while supporting their social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. CNAs contribute to everyday care planning and provide care tailored to each resident’s needs and preferences. This is a part-time daytime position with eight-hour shifts, listed as 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The posting is accepting applications through November 16, 2026, but may close earlier due to applicant volume.

Requirements

Active CNA certification in good standing in Colorado or the applicant’s state.
Genuine compassion and patience for older adults, including those living with dementia.
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide residents with daily hygiene care with dignity and respect.
Learn each resident’s preferences and personalize their care.
Document care accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to appropriate team members.
Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
Keep the supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition.
Support the team with other duties as needed.
Assist residents with activities of daily living and support their social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.
Participate in everyday resident care planning.
