About The Position
Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Suites of Someren Glen. CNAs are essential members of the Nursing Team, contribute to everyday care planning, and provide care tailored to each resident’s individual needs. The role supports residents’ social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. The organization offers opportunities for career growth, including paths toward nursing.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing in Colorado.
- Genuine compassion and patience for older adults, including those living with dementia.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or memory care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily hygiene care to residents with dignity and respect.
- Learn residents’ preferences and personalize their care.
- Document care accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to appropriate team members.
- Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
- Keep the supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition.
- Support the team with other duties as needed.
