About The Position

Dove Healthcare is participating in the WisCaregiver Careers Program and is hiring a CNA Trainee. The program pays the CNA class and state competency testing fees, and pays $15 per hour for time attending the 75-hour CNA class (a stated total of $1,125). After completing CNA testing, the trainee may receive a $500 bonus after six consecutive months working as a CNA at one of the participating locations, provided they are still working for Dove Healthcare at that time. Applicants apply, complete a successful interview, sign the program agreement, select a free CNA class that fits their schedule with assistance from Dove Healthcare, complete the class, and take the state competency exam at no cost. The position offers a pathway to further roles such as medication aide, LPN, RN, or management.
