About The Position

Dove Healthcare is participating in the WisCaregiver Careers Program and is hiring CNA Trainees. Participants apply, interview successfully, sign a program agreement, and choose a free CNA class that fits their schedule. Dove Healthcare assists with enrollment, pays the class and testing fees, and pays $15 per hour for attendance time during the 75-hour class. Trainees take the state competency exam at no cost. After becoming a CNA and working at a participating Dove Healthcare location for six consecutive months, participants are eligible for a $500 bonus. The role offers a pathway to career advancement, including medication aide, LPN, RN, or management positions.

Responsibilities

Participate in a CNA class totaling 75 hours.
Complete the state competency exam.
Work as a CNA at a participating Dove Healthcare location for six consecutive months to become eligible for the $500 bonus.
