About The Position

Provides service and care to each resident in a timely, efficient manner. Maintains resident and family expectations with satisfactory results and implements high-quality services in a positive, customer-service-focused manner. Reports to the manager/director. The position is at The Orchards of Southington, a senior living community within Hartford HealthCare.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with state law.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Must deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and personnel, and the general public.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able and willing to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, and be willing to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to perform CPR.
