About The Position

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Winchester is seeking dependable, caring individuals who are passionate about helping seniors live their best lives. This role involves providing compassionate, hands-on support to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience required
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and applicable training

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health, or Long-Term Care welcomed
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required for all caregiver positions
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide personal care while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and other routine care needs
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
• Monitor and report changes in residents' needs or conditions
• Maintain accurate resident care documentation
• Work closely with nursing and resident care teams
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment
