Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes
Deliver a range of services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care (such as bathing and dressing)
Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, making a genuine difference in their lives
Work 1:1 with a client and live in the clients home for multiple days during the week.
Provide high-quality care and support to clients, in accordance with their individual needs and care plans
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting trust and open communication
Collaborate with the care team to identify and address client needs, and make recommendations for care plan adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and communication
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards
