About The Position

Lorien Mount Airy is hiring Nursing Assistants (CNA-I) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The role assists residents with activities of daily living and provides hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures, under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The goal is to support each resident’s dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, with full-time, part-time, or PRN status options. Lorien Mount Airy describes itself as a close-knit community focused on supporting employees’ careers and growth. The campus is located off Interstate 70 in Carroll County, Maryland, and provides assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation, and ventilator care with on-site respiratory therapists.

Requirements

Hold an active Maryland CNA-I license.
Be able to safely lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered, hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and quality of life under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Competitive pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience
