CNA/HHA - 3pm-11pm Full Time
About The Position
The Branches of Framingham, Benchmark Senior Living, is hiring full-time CNAs or HHAs to work from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with every other Saturday and Sunday required. The role delivers care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The community seeks compassionate caregivers who support residents’ daily needs, well-being, and meaningful engagement. Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
