About The Position
Round Lake Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA/Caregiver to join their growing team. Round Lake Senior Living, which opened in January 2023, is a beautiful 120-unit apartment-style community in Arden Hills offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is dedicated to helping seniors Age Magnificently. This role offers full-time and part-time PM shifts (2pm-10pm), including every other weekend. The company emphasizes a positive and impactful work environment, having received multiple workplace awards.
Requirements
- Compassionate towards others.

- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
