About The Position
5 Star Cares is hiring CNAs, DSPs, HHAs, and PCAs to support clients in Hillsborough County and surrounding areas. The role is offered part-time or full-time and works night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM every other weekend. The caregiver-to-consumer ratio is 1:6. Pay is $15.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience. The position is described as providing meaningful overnight support in a supportive, low-stress environment. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
- Experience with medium- to high-acuity clients.
- Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
