About The Position
Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate and experienced caregivers for non-medical in-home care in the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania area. Caregivers support clients in maintaining independence and dignity. The agency aims to match caregivers with clients and provide support and consistent scheduling. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities are available, with flexible day, midday, evening, overnight, weekend, and short shifts. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and case complexity. The posting also advertises weekly pay and a $250 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (preferred), or reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Two professional references related to caregiving or work history
