About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville is seeking compassionate people to apply for a spot in its CNA class. Participants are paid while undergoing CNA training. In this hospitality aide role, team members help residents with everyday needs and support a caring environment at a 150-bed skilled nursing facility serving short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Apply for a spot in the CNA class.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident call lights.
• Pass food trays and other requested items.
• Make beds.
• Clean residents’ personal care and grooming items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
