About The Position
NHC Rossville is accepting applicants for a free, fast-paced CNA class that will begin before the end of 2026 and be completed in 18 days. The class is intended for applicants interested in potentially working with the facility’s team. Students are selected based on facility needs, shift availability, entrance exam score, flexibility, previous work history, and attitude. Applicants must bring valid photo identification and a Social Security card to their scheduled pre-test. A criminal background check will be conducted, and Georgia and/or national abuse registries for children and adults will be consulted. No absences or tardiness are permitted during the course, and students must maintain an average grade of at least 80 to continue. Class hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Provide valid photo identification at the scheduled pre-test.
- Provide a Social Security card at the scheduled pre-test.
- Pass a criminal background check and applicable Georgia and/or national abuse registry checks.
- Have no absences or tardiness during the 18-day class.
- Maintain an average grade of at least 80 to continue in the course.
