About The Position

The Certified Nurse Aide Training Program prepares students to become certified nursing assistants through education and clinical training. The course consists of 40 hours of online or classroom learning, 16 lab hours, and 30 clinical hours, and requires students to demonstrate patient and resident care skills. Successful completion makes students eligible to take the written state certification examination for CNA certification. The program is temporary and follows a Spring 2027 schedule. It includes an orientation on January 6, 2027; weekly onsite labs at HCMH from January 13 through March 3; and weekly onsite clinicals from March 10 through May 5.
