About The Position
Mountain City Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking applicants for an upcoming CNA class. The opportunity is presented as a way to become a hospitality aide and help residents through compassionate, person-directed care. The facility is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility operated by Signature HealthCARE, a family-based healthcare company providing services across multiple states. Hospitality aide duties include monitoring resident call lights, passing food trays and other requested items, making beds, and cleaning residents’ personal care and grooming items. Other duties may be assigned. Applicants must submit an application to be considered for the upcoming CNA class.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highest level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident call lights.
- Pass food trays and other requested items.
- Make beds.
- Clean residents’ personal care and grooming items.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
